Membership
The Club has sailboats and offers activities at both Marina Del Ray (MDR), Madisonville, LA., and False River, Jarreau, LA.
You and your family can enjoy a varied program of land-and-water-based activities throughout the year.
You can store your boat and trailer at the MDR yard ($50/month storage fee) and launch at the convenient adjacent boat ramp. Wet slips are available at an additional cost.
Provisions can be made to store your boat and trailer at the False River storage pavilion site ($40/month).
You can borrow one of the sailboats in the Club fleet at no cost after completing a qualifying course of instruction. The sailboats include a Mariner 19 at MDR and Sunfish at False River.
You and members of your family are eligible for sailing lessons at no cost. Included in those sessions are rigging instructions for all the sailboats in the Club fleet.
As a member, you will have reciprocal rights at GYA yacht clubs.
You will receive a monthly newsletter - The Pelican Flyer.

Application Fee: $200
Monthly Dues: $50 (Invoiced bi-monthly)
Your membership includes every member of your household.
Some events require a modest additional charge.
